A combination of consulting and university teaching (he currently teaches at the UNSW Business School)in Australia , NZ, USA, and South East Asia over a period of 35 years, means a high level of experience across a broad range of organisations.


Over these years he has lead changes and/or been involved in other major performance improvement initiatives for organisations that include Sydney Electricity, Prospect Electricity, Caltex Australia Ltd, Caltex Oil Malaysia Limited, Esso Australia Ltd, Sydney Water, NRMA, Ricegrowers Cooperative Ltd, National Australia Bank, PTC Telekom (PNG), Ministry of Justice (NZ), Telstra, Ministry of Finance, ATSIC, QNI. Argyle Diamonds, Ernst & Young, AMP Ltd, NSW State Rail, Red Cross, Central Coast Community Care Services, Sunshine Homes, and Keith Payne VC Vietnam Veterans Hostel.
