Approaches to leadership have changed over the years. At one time leadership was equated with social standing. A little later it moved to the possession of particular traits and then it moved to attitudes and behaviours and how these impact on other people. Today it is increasingly realised that a one size fits all approach simply does not exist. We work with organisations and individuals to understand the uniqueness of each organisation and then to facilitate the implementation of the most appropriate approach for both the organisation overall and for each level within the organisation. In doing this we will, as far as possible, utilise any existing leadership approaches you may be using while supplementing these with additional organisation-level appropriate approaches that fit with your strategic goals and direction.
