Effective project managers possess the skills necessary to manage teams, schedules, risks, budgets, scope, and stakeholders to produce a desired outcome.

Participants will be encouraged to reflect on their own skills in each of the topics covered, and where they might seek further development, in order to be more effective in managing projects.

A key and often overlooked challenge for project managers is the ability to manage without direct influence, gaining the support of stakeholders and access to resources not directly under their control.

This program will encourages participants to become lifelong learners since organisations and project management are changing, and will continue to change.
